About

Discover the beauty and secrets of the bohemian Montmartre with us. This amazing area is full of stories about artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso, Renoir and others. In the evenings they had fun in a cabaret, and during the day they were inspired by the beauty of Paris. Learn the history of this fascinating place during our walking tour.

Bohemian montmartre
We will walk around the beautiful historic district and find out its secrets. Having spent a long time in the countryside, Montmartre became a haven for a dozen artists who were inspired by him, painted it and, even, changed it. Picasso, Van Gogh, Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec, Utrillo, Apollinaire … Today they are famous, but before, they, like many poor artists and poets, rented rooms in the area and, sometimes, even without light and gas.
Dalida, tragically committed her life, lived 25 years in a mansion hidden on a tiny street somewhere between Sacre Coeur and Lepic Street. Learn her love story and touch her bust, for good luck in her personal life.
We will go through the places of the famous cabaret, in which champagne flows like a river, the dancers perform an incendiary can-can and you will discover the world of celebration and debauchery of the late XIX and early XX centuries.

Secrets of Montmartre
We will find hidden views of Paris, find out where the film “Amelie” was shot and look for where the real artists are hiding. You will discover the history of the word “bistro” and the name “Montmartre” itself.
At the end of the walk, we will visit the Sacre Coeur Basilica, an architectural masterpiece, which was a request by the Parisians to forgive them for shed blood.
